Terms & Conditions

I. I am at least 18 years old. I am the rightful owner or have been given permission by the rightful owner to sell these supplies.

Furthermore, I did not, am not, and will not violate any applicable law or regulation in obtaining these supplies, nor in selling them to ALLTRADE SOUTH. I represent and warrant that my sale and transfer of these supplies to ALLTRADE SOUTH will not cause ALLTRADE SOUTH to, or result in, ALLTRADE SOUTH violating any law.

2. We follow strict grading criteria when inspecting products. It is extremely important you examine your items and package them securely before mailing them in. It is very easy to overlook the condition of your boxes. We want to pay you as much as possible. However, we cannot pay full price for even the smallest cosmetic defects.

3. l am responsible for my package during shipping. ALLTRADE SOUTH is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged by the US Postal Service or by a third party mail carrier.

4. We currently have 3 grading conditions when examining your items:

▪︎Perfect – No visible defects whatsoever.

▪︎Minor Damage (Up to 50% deduction for certain items depending on severity) – 1 or more small creases, bends, very tiny tears (specs), dents or scratches on any part of the box.

▪︎Severely Damaged (Rejected) – Multiple tears no matter the size, multiple large creases or dents, scoring from pens, crushed boxes, discoloration, not in the original manufacturer’s packaging, product boxes with odor, ink marks, blood stains, coffee stains and food stains. We do not purchase any items with broken seals/security seals, stains covering expiration dates, boxes with pen marks, seal colors missing, or water stains.

5. If supplies meet all conditions, I understand that my payment will be dispersed within 2 business days of ALLTRADE SOUTH receiving my package.

6. I understand that shipping times vary and while most packages are delivered within a week, the same packages may take up to 14 days.

7. I understand that ALLTRADE SOUTH has not made any representation that the value assigned to the item is equivalent to fair market value.

8. I understand the prices offered by ALLTRADE SOUTH and all the applicable policies stated herein. It is incumbent on me to familiarize myself with ALLTRADE SOUTH's pricing structure and its policies before sending in my supplies.

9. Alltradesouth.com does not purchase supplies that have been subsidize by any government program, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid.

10. I consent to receive text messages and or telephone calls sent through an automatic telephone dialing system from ALLTRADE SOUTH and their affiliates.

11. I understand that the terms and conditions may change at any time and I will not be notified of these changes. I understand it is my responsibility to read through the terms and conditions which can be found on https://alltradesouth.com/terms-conditions.html every time I sell my diabetic supplies to ALLTRADE SOUTH.

12. I understand that I cannot intentionally acquire supplies through my insurance for the sole purpose of selling them to ALLTRADE SOUTH.

13. ALLTRADE SOUTH, its affiliates and any partners, including but not limited to Alltradesouth.com, shall not be liable for any damages, whether indirect, consequential, special or punitive, incidental or exemplary, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of this Agreement.

14. The diabetic products I am selling to ALLTRADE SOUTH have not been lost or stolen and legally belong to me and have not been procured by illegal means. The diabetic items I sell to ALLTRADE SOUTH are lawfully owned or possessed by me. In the event that any items I have sold to ALLTRADE SOUTH are found to have been lost or stolen, ALLTRADE SOUTH is under no obligation whatsoever to accept these items, nor compensate me for them in any way whatsoever to include any and all shipping costs.

15. I will only send diabetic supplies that are not expired and not short-dated (refer to price sheet).

16. I understand ALLTRADE SOUTH may not pay a reduced price for supplies with expiration dates that are less than what is required.

17. I understand ALLTRADE SOUTH may not pay a reduced price for supplies with expiration dates that are less than what is required.

18. I understand ALLTRADE SOUTH may not pay a reduced price for damaged products.

19. I understand ALLTRADE SOUTH has the right to reject products that do not meet their standards, as well as products that are not listed on their submission form or website.

20. ALLTRADE SOUTH reserves the right to not return any products sent in that do not meet our terms and conditions, which will be disposed of free of charge. You can request to have your rejected items returned. A $6.00 fee will be deducted from your payment to help cover a portion of the shipping cost. Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks.

21. ALLTRADE SOUTH will not pay for diabetic supplies that are expired or damaged upon delivery. If they receive ANY diabetic supplies that I sent and are not eligible for submission due to dates being too short, expired, too damaged, and cannot be considered slightly damaged, the product in question will be disposed of or sent back for a minimum $6 return shipping fee (fee must be paid prior to shipping).

22. My diabetic supplies are factory-sealed and have never been opened (meaning they have not been resealed in ANY way).

23. Do NOT remove labels. We provide label removal as a free service. However, there may be damage caused by the pharmacy. The damage may be under the label and not visible until it’s removed. If so, ALLTRADE SOUTH won’t be responsible.

24. I understand if I have a dispute about payment or an order discrepancy, I must contact ALLTRADE SOUTH within 30 days. After 30 days all order outcomes and payments are final.
